Remember when you were a kid and you didn't want to eat your brussel sprouts and your mom would say "There are millions of starving Chinese just wishing they had a brussel sprout to eat."?
Well, that was when China was a communist country, now the Chinese are getting fatter and happier under a capitalist system.
North Koreans have experienced stunted heights due to lack of nutrition, so much so that they're actually shorter than before the Korean War.
Weird how the profit motive, self interest and self gratification works.
Anyone that actually believes that there are good forms of Socialism, Communism or Marxism has to realize that the people controlling those systems have the same motivations that Capitalism is accused of being so evil for, basically the promoters and controllers of Socialism, Communism, or Marxism are 100% hypocrites.
Crony Capitalism is when corporations and the government collude to manipulate the economy for a profit motive. If you think the calls from the government for a "Green Economy" is for the greater cause of mankind, you are a blind useful idiot.
The less interference an economy experiences from the government, the faster an economy can grow and the wealthier the population is. Don't think so? Then re-read the first part of this post a couple of times.
Stop dreaming about a utopian society led by benevolent men and start thinking in real terms.
